Andrew started The Chamberlain Law Firm to provide efficient and cost-effective legal services to represent and protect his clients’ interests in the best possible way. He chose Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate because these areas focus on important situations in everyone’s life, making it easy to help clients, especially during challenging times.
The Chamberlain Law Firm’s mission is:
To provide outstanding legal services in Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. To advise clients, ensuring they are well informed and know all their options. To draft comprehensive documents that account for a wide variety of circumstances to provide the best protection possible.
Andrew is committed to enhancing the client experience at The Chamberlain Law Firm. He continuously refines the firm’s daily operations to ensure clients have a positive experience. The firm leverages technology when beneficial, to streamline processes and expedite services. However, Andrew and his team never lose sight of the importance of personal attention, understanding that each client’s situation is unique and deserves individualized care.
Andrew has had a lot of experience in the legal industry. All of it helped him learn how to run a law firm well and be a good lawyer. Here is some background:
- Of Counsel, Williams Caliri Miller & Otley, P.C., Wayne, N.J. – Mr. Chamberlain worked closely with a group of experienced estate planning, elder law, and probate attorneys.
- Associate at law firms in Princeton & Secaucus, N.J. – before his current practice areas, he worked in several law firms focused on environmental law. This provided an excellent mix of transactional, regulatory, and litigation legal work, similar to The Chamberlain Law Firm’s current structure.
- Assistant Prosecutor, Union County Prosecutor’s Office – courtroom experience that proves especially helpful with probate litigation.
- Law Clerk to the Hon. Roger F. Mahon, Superior Court of N.J. – invaluable experience working with an excellent judge.
- Client Sales and Support, Bloomberg Law – invaluable insight into running a business and putting clients first.
